Louise is a beautiful person who puts you immediately at ease and just makes you feel confident to tell her about any concerns or problems. She has a lovely way about her and is totally professional without losing the 'human' touch. Its very important to people like me who have undergone surgery, that they have someone to trust and confide in and Louise fits that profile. I can only thank everyone from the bottom of my heart who support and help me like today. Thank you all so much x

Louise was totally professional in her attitude but made me feel relaxed and comfortable during examination of my stoma. Information given and follow up action regarding supply of modified pouch and belt/underwear support was appreciated.
